The tariffs of the Restaurant do not include VAT. Below you can see the characteristics of the menus:

POLICIES AND REGULATIONS OF THE ENTERPRISE
RESERVATIONS AND BLOCKS
The reservations and blocks must be done exclusively in writing (via fax + 56 61 415983 or via e-mail: reservas@hoteljuanladrilleros.com), as well as the confirmations of those, for both group and individual bookings.
- The blocks will keep until another reservation request is asked. The agency or particular blocking, will have 5 working days to turn their block into reservation. If this condition does not fulfil, the block will be deleted automatically.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
- The cancellations or modifications, as well as the bookings and blocks, must be done in writing (as it is specified at the item 1). They will not be accepted via telephone.
2.1 Policies about booking cancellations of groups (5 or more people)
- If the reservation is canceled at least 30 days earlier than the reservation date, there will be no charge.
- If the reservation is canceled between 29 and 15 days earlier than the reservation date, 50% will be charge.
- If the cancellation of the booking is done with less than 15 days earlier than the reservation date, 100% of it will be charged.
2.2 Policies about cancellations for individual bookings (1-4 people)
- If an individual booking is canceled 15 days earlier, there will be no charge.
- If an individual booking is canceled with less than 15 days earlier than the reservation date, 100% of it will be charged.
NO SHOW
In case of rooms total or partial NO-SHOW, both for group or individual booking, the total of the reservation price will be charged.
POLICIES ABOUT
Every 14 passengers, 01 single room will be for free.
At the restaurant over 10 passengers, 01 will not pay.
PAYMENT FORMS
The payments will be by prepaying 30 days earlier than the arrival of the passenger or group.
Once the deposits are done, the copy of the receipt of it must be sent via FAX or e-mail.
